So my paper mache sculpture Perfect Cell was needing some work on his abdomen area.(
Note: I love learning from my mistakes!!!!) What I did was when I paper mache clay I started at the feet and went up until the waist, then I started paper mache claying the upper half of the body like the arms and rib area not realizing how heavy this stuff makes it. Since I didn't paper clay the abdomen, this spot got weak from the new weight the top part had. Well now I have paper clayed the abdomen and now he stands tall with no issues.

BEFORE: The top leaning from the weight |
 |
Put Perfect Cell in the position I wanted by
placing something to hold him there. |
 |
ABDOMEN BEFORE: As I was pushing his arm up it tore a bit to get the arm where I wanted it. You can also see where I only paper mached and where I put paper mache clay. |
 |
ABDOMEN AFTER: I put paper mache clay on
abdomen and let it dry. Will be stronger than ever. Also am going to grid the shape into it. |
